Hey guys! Long time no talk? I've got a lot of things to tell you all about!

School-
I'm a junior now! I had two more credits than I needed to qualify so I'm happy. The end of school was....interesting to say the least thanks to someone's sleazebag boyfriend. But that was settled. I made the same choir AGAIN for the third year in a row. Which makes NO sense since I know of people who CAN'T sing who moved up. Mr.A is a lazy (rants) SO on another note, I may not be attending GHS next year. I'll most likely be attending the Bridges Alternate school. I've got to catch up all the credits I lost due to illness and such. The only thing that will really suck about that is the fact that I won't get to see all my friends (even though most of them graduated or don't go to the school in the first place). Eh, as long as I can get caught up I'm good.

A-Kon 20, 2009-
WAS BLOODY AWESOME! It started out kinda iffy though. I got pulled out of school early that Friday due to a large gang looking for me to um...yeah you can piece things together. So I go home, finish packing and then leave. I get there and almost the entire group is sitting in the lobby. I hear my buddy call out, "Kae is that you?" It was funny. They had used sharpies to make avatar costumes XD. had Aangs arrows on her head and arms, had Zuko's eyeburn. It was epic. So thanks to saving the day and helping me get my huge suitcase up to my room. I finally settled down in my room. I was bunking with , , Louis, Tess and NEW friend Joni. kept cracking jokes about me and Joni because we were both sick with the exact same things and had the same things wrong with us. So I start to unpack and what would you know, my Kairi Kodona MELTED on the way to the con. The paint that I had spent forever on MELTED. I was devasted but I had back up. I brought my Jill Valentine Movie costume with me since I cosplayed that for Pre-reg. So since I have plenty of time to blow until the meet up for A-Kon Icon, I go run around and see all my friends. I ran into , , , and a whole lot more! So the day started off bad but started getting better. Later that night, I go to the A-Kon Icon meet up and re-unite with mini-Matt and then my other buddy Anbu! It was awesome. I made a bunch of new friends at the event including (cosplay names because I didn't get real names aside from a few) Enma Ai from Hell Girl, Gilgamesh <3, The Hulk, Autumn, Spangler, Pin-Up Pikachu, and then Forest and Larin (the judges). The first round was basically, does your costume suck or not. I made it through and I was extremely happy. The second round was anime trivia....which I aced XD It was funny being the second youngest competing and I knew EVERYTHING they didn't XD. So the night continues and I go to my buddies room to play the annual A-kon truth or dare. Twas epic.

Saturday-

I run around the con trying to meet up with friends and make it to shoots, booths, and many other things including trying to find my way to the booth to get my A-Kon Icon karaoke ready. I hung out with a lot of the day. AS WELL AS , Trey, Smitty, and I finally met the amazing Alex . So the day continues and I go to the Westin. We FINALLY FULFILLED ED'S WISH! We went ice skating. I ran into an AWESOME Shugo Chara cosplay group . I found their Yaya and Tadase outside of the con later X3. I also ran into another member who was cosplaying as Monica Raybrandt from Dark Cloud 2 (felt so proud for recognizing her). It was epic. We had a cosplay train and it just got better. Until their Amu and I kept falling over. I decided to get off the ice safely because my butt got cold and I was in a hurry to go the the second half of A-kon Icon. Got back to the room and Louis and Joni helped me blow-dry my costume as I ate some food and got ready once again. After said incident, Trey, , Smitty, Joni, Louis, and a bunch of others came with me to watch the A-kon Icon second half. The third round was karaoke and I sang Alice Human Sacrifice from the Vocaloids. I only got to sing Meiko and Kaito's parts due to time constraints. [link] And then we did the improv skit. [link] It was epic. I placed THIRD out of the entire contest. I was so happy and I sobbed for hours. After that, I went to the masquerade ball and it was awesome. I got a lot of attention since I was one of few who knew how to dance to the music being played. Had to help Trey dance to the music (which was funny to watch), danced with and got a LOT of compliments and then watched a proposal. Twas so cute!

I'm too lazy to type anything about sunday xD But the con itself was epic and it made me very happy. Thanks to all who went and took my picture! Can't wait to see you all next year!
